My stay at Park Hotel Hot Springs had its ups and downs. The lobby was clean and beautifully preserved, showcasing the hotel’s historic charm. However, the room I was given was disappointing, feeling dusty and outdated, which detracted from the experience. The staff were friendly and responsive to my concerns, which helped alleviate some of my frustrations.

Staying at the Park Hotel was quite an experience. the historic charm of the hotel is noticeable, but the rooms definitely need some upgrades. I appreciated the cleanliness of the lobby and the friendly staff, which made my stay a bit better. However, the discomfort of the bed and the inadequate bathroom towels left me wanting more.
